Tardiness & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and schedule greatly.  To help keep you on schedule, your appointment will promptly start and finish at the scheduled times.  If you are late or need to leave early, you will have the rest of the scheduled appointment for the treatment but will pay for full scheduled time. 

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule, there is a 24-hour cancellation requirement. Providing 24 hours allows another client to receive treatment in that allotted time that otherwise would not be available.   Failure to do so will result in charging you for that time not used. 

When cancelling or running late, please DO NOT email.  We will be treating other clients and will not be able to check.  Please call 901-457-7891.
